The Lyric currently offers spaces available for rent including lobby, theaters, and storage units. Call today for pricing and availability. The lobby space can be rented for large events, meetings, weddings, charity events, and other private events. Several of the current theaters are available for rent. The spaces can be used for meetings, presentations, concerts, classes, demonstrations and other similar uses.

The space.
LobbyThe Lyric lobby is ideal for banquets, receptions, fundraisers, birthday parties, meetings and more. The space can host up to 400 seated guests or 160 at tables.

TheatersSmall and large theaters are available for rent. The large theater has a 220 person capacity while the small theaters seat up to 80 guests. A small stage is available in the small theater as well. A projector and microphone are available for use and included with the rental fee.

KitchenA full service catering kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, warming ovens, a microwave, ice machine, large sinks and movable prep tables.
